  1. Adho Mukha Svanasana:

Also known as downward dog pose, this Yoga asana makes the blood rush towards your face. If done daily, this asana will end up making you glow youthfully. All you have to do is to get on your fours on the mat. Now, exhale and gently lift your hips and straighten your elbows and knees to form an inverted V shape with your body. Hold the pose for a few moment and then return to starting position. Repeat the process 2-4 times daily.

2. Utthanasana:

This forward bending pose is one of the easiest and most effective Yoga asanas for glowing skin. All you have to do is to raise your hands up and then with a deep exhale, bend forward and try to touch your toes or ground and head with the knees. This yoga pose not only increases oxygen supply to the skin cells but also helps in fighting the damage caused by free radicals and encourages skin rejuvenation.

Also known as inverted cobra pose, this yoga asana goes a long way in reducing stress and fatigue. A regular practice of this asana ensures extra supply of oxygen to the skin cells in return of beautiful glowing skin.

4. Hal Asana:

This inverted pose is a masterstroke. It massages the digestive organs, helps in weight loss, increases metabolism, regulates the reproductive system, calms the brain, arrests aging signs and increases blood supply to the upper body including face. For this asana, lie flat on a mat and then lift your legs to 90-degree. With the help of your palms, lift your hip and bring your feet to 180-degree and try to touch the ground. Stay in the position for a while and then return back to normal position.

Warning: Beginners should not try this unsupervised.

5. Sarvangasana:

Another inverted pose, this one is the mother of all asanas and one of the most effective Yoga asanas for glowing skin. A regular practice of this asana calms the mind, cures mild depression, stimulates thyroid gland, tone up buttocks and thighs, and increases blood supply to face and brain. To do this, lie down flat on a mat. With a deep breath raise your feet and bring them to 90-degree. Now, by placing your hand on the back, support and raise your lower body in a way that all the weight comes to your shoulders. Remain in the same pose for a while and then slowly return to the normal position.
