Here are some exciting and brand new shows and movies to watch on Netflix and Prime in June 2020:
1. Spelling The Dream

Ever wondered how Indian origin kids keep slashing at the US’ prestigious spelling bee contests? Spelling the Dream, latest on Netflix’s documentary movie list, takes you into this world of Spelling Bees which Indian Americans have been dominating since 1999.
A very interesting watch as you will be amazed to see how young some of the contestants are and how they dedicate a major part of their childhood to compete in the spelling contests.
2. Choked: Paisa Bolta Hai

After the epic run of Sacred Games, Anurag Kashyap is returning to Netflix this time as an Indian original film movie. It features Saiyami Kher as a bank employee who finds herself buried deep under her husband’s debts. Things are going downhill when the lead comes across the stash of cash stuffed in her choked drain pipe.
Much before she can rejoice and splurge some, demonetization strikes. What happens next is surely fun to watch.
3. Gulabo Sitabo

In what is deemed as an unconventional method, the producers of Gulabo Sitabo have decided to premiere the much-awaited movie on Prime Video. The news has sent a cheer wave among the Bollywood buffs.
The movie starring Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushman Khurrana has been talked about since quite a time now though not much is known about it other than that Big B is playing an old owner of an old dilapidated building while the latter is his pesky tenant.
4. Shakuntala Devi

Vidya Balan’s Shakuntala Devi is all set to premiere on Prime though the release date is yet to be announced. The movie tells the real life story of legendary mathematician Shakuntala Devi who was known for her swift calculations and memory that gave her the tag of a human computer.
The film also stars Sanya Malhotra as Shakuntala Devi’s daughter along with Amit Sadh playing a very important role as well.

The time-traveling series from German is returning on Netflix with its trademark chaotic, mind-boggling world of confusion and chaos for its third and finale season. The show’s sophomore season ended with the beginning of the apocalypse and a shocking twist that other planets may exist. As of now, things remain cryptic even as Dark Season 3 trailer promises to answer all questions when the time is right.
If you happened to miss the first two season of the series, well you have quite a lot of time to catch up before the third season starts streaming on June 27. Trust us, it will be worth it.
