So, no more lockdown blues as here are six brand new Hindi movies and web series to watch in July 2020:
1. Dil Bechara:
When: July 24
The last movie of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput is set to hit Hotstar+Disney on July 24. The movie also marks the debut of Sanjana Sanghi as the lead actress in a story which revolves around two terminally-ill people who are trying to find love and hope in each other.
The movie is an adaptation of John Green’s 2012 novel “The Fault in Our Stars.” It’s also the second major Bollywood film to release directly on streaming due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic; the first was the Amitabh Bachchan, Ayushmaan Khurrana-starrer “Gulabo Sitabo.”
The actor left the world in shock when he reportedly committed suicide on June 14. The bitter and sweet movie is expected to be doubly tearful since this will be the last and final time that we will be watching the actor on screens.
2. Breathe: Into The Shadows:

When: July 10
A chaotic world of lies, deceit and mind games opens when a 6-year old girl is kidnapped by a mysterious masked man, who demands an unusual ransom. To save his daughter, Dr. Avinash Sabharwal (Abhishek Bachchan) must kill someone.
The web-series marks the digital debut of Abhishek Bachchan and Nithya Menen.

A sports based movie, Penalty is about Lukram who comes from Manipur to a Lucknow college famous for producing national level footballers. The movie explores the prevalent favouritism in sports as well as racism faced by people from North-eastern Indian states in day to day lives.
This underdog sports drama seems to deal with many societal issues and definitely deserves a watch. The movie stars Kay Kay Menon, Shashank Arora, Manjot Singh of “Fukrey” fame and Lukram Smil.

Mafia is a psychological mystery thriller in which a group of best friends head a quite remote jungle for a reunion. But are they really friends or will avenge against each other and reveal their darkest truth?
The makers are calling the show as Hunger Games of Indian OTT. We have to wait till July 10 to see how true this forecast turns out to be.
5. Shakuntala Devi: Human Computer

The much-awaited biopic, starrin Vidya Balan in lead role apart from Sanya Malhotra, is about the famous mathematician, who is popularly known as the ‘human computer’, was a globally renowned mathematician, known for her ability to make incredibly complex calculations within seconds.

While there are no plot details available at the moment, the teasers of Undekhi have created an aura of suspense around this Sony Liv’s upcoming thriller web-series.
