(Last Updated On: September 4, 2019)

Well, a new month is here with the hope of whole new world of stories, characters and drama. Come September and we are again spoiled for endless choice of options ranging from family drama, investigative features and espionage thrillers to the return of ’80s drama.

With so many OTT platforms present nowadays and equally mind blowing content coming out consistently, doesn’t it get difficult to keep track of them all? Relax, as Ourtitbits has a curated list of only-the-best Hindi web series to watch in September on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, AltBalaji, and ZEE5. So let’s begin:

 1.   Bard Of Blood (Sept 27)- Netflix:

Coming from the banner of Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, Bard Of Blood is a seven-episode thriller series based on a 2015 bestseller book of the same name. The series will bring Emraan Hashmi after a long time on our screens, who will be seen playing RAW agent on a rescue mission in Balochistan.

 2.   Mission over Mars (Sept. 10)- ALT Balaji:

Following the success of reel life’s Mission Mangal and real life Chandrayaan 2, ALT Balaji is set to bring a retelling of India’s Mangalyaan space project. As expected by the name, the webseries will focus on the four women scientists (Sakshi Tanwar, Mona Singh, Nidhi Singh, and Palomi Ghosh) and their relentless efforts to make the Mars project a success.

 3.   Bhram (Sept. 18)- ZEE5:

Kalki Koechlin is coming back again on our smallscreens, this time in a nerve-chilling psychological thriller. The series is about a novelist who is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and how she goes through the many eccentric emotions while pursuing a story. The trailer seems convincingly scary yet exciting enough.

4.   The Family Man (Sept. 5)- Prime Video:

Well, what can be more exciting than that this Amazon PrimeVideo original has Manoj Bajpayee in the lead? But what is he- a common middle-class family man or some secret spy on a mission?

5.   Cold Lassi Aur Chicken Masala (Sept. 3)- ALT Balaji:

Pradeep Sarkar of “Parineeta” and “Laga Chunari Mei Daag” fame is making foray into the world of internet with this exciting webseries. Cold Lassi Aur Chicken Masala will feature actors Divyanka Tripathi and Rajeev Khandelwal as chefs who are college-sweethearts-turned-estranged lovers-turned-professional foes as they engage in kitchen battle.
